This A B F rated extinguisher is often used in place of small powder extinguishers in student accommodation and HMO (homes of multiple occupancy) due to its versatility and to replace existing powders which under BS5306 should not be placed indoors in confined areas. Having a 40 F rating it can be used on burning fat fires.
