What's your return policy?

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We have a no quibble return policy. You want to return something, for any reason at all, and we won't quibble. You have up to a month to make your mind up about any order. As long as we receive the returned item complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging within a month of the receipt of your order, we'll exchange or refund it, no questions asked. Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty, damaged or defective. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

What happens if I don't like the items or they do not fit?

No problem. Just send the item back to us and provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we'll either exchange it or give you a full refund. Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.

Charges for returns.

If an item is faulty, damaged, defective or delivered to you in error don't worry we will pay for the return.

As for free returns we thought about this, but most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas ? for example putting up the price of their products. We don't want to do that, so decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the offset that it's our policy to charge for returns.
