Delivery

Please note that the parcel networks are struggling with capacity due to 'Black Friday' sales and pre-Xmas orders so there may be slight delays. Our delivery partners are not guaranteeing next day or any premium services! We are therefore not in a position to offer refunds for late deliveries at this time. We are actively monitoring all our shipments and doing all we can to ensure they arrive in a timely manner. 

Carriage Charges: Please note that some bulky items may incur surcharges. In the event of this we will contact you.

All orders over £50.00 net in value to the UK mainland are carriage free. Otherwise:-

  • LS2, LS3, LS9, LS10, LS11, LS12 Postcodes FOC any value
  • Mainland UK: (Excluding Highlands) Free for orders over £50 net value!: £7.50 + VAT
  • Highlands: Orders over £50.00 net = £8.25 + VAT, Less than £50.00 net = £15.75 + VAT
  • I. of Wight: Orders over £50.00 net = £6.85 + VAT, Less than £50.00 net = £14.35 + VAT
  • N. Ireland: (All Orders): £15.00 + VAT (Bulky item surcharges will apply. We will contact you) 
  • Scottish Isles: Orders over £50.00 net: £10.00 + VAT, Less than £50.00 net = £17.50 + VAT
  • Channel Isles: * Orders over £50.00 net: £10.00 + VAT, Less than £50.00 net = £17.50 + VAT

* We will deduct VAT from your order/ payment where applicable.

Note: Items over 1.19m in length, liquids and some bulky items are subject to a 'non conveyable' surcharge. This will be highlighted on the product details and during the checkout process.

SATURDAY DELIVERY - Orders over £50 net = £8.00 + VAT, Orders less than £50 net £15.50 + VAT

Our estimated delivery times for in stock items from receipt of order.

  • UK Mainland, Isle of Wight: On orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm : 1 working day. * 2 Days to some Highland regions. (Subject to stock availability)
  • Northern Ireland 2-3 Working Days
  • Channel Islands, Scottish Isles and Isle of Man: 2-5 Working days
  • Other areas: by arrangement

If an item is out of stock we will contact you to notify you of any delay. Except in the case of PayPal orders, we will not charge you until the goods leave our warehouse. Please contact us should you have any questions.

Please note that any applicable import duties, clearance charges etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser.
