Evolution Recycled Eye Wash Station
The Evolution Recycled Eye Wash Station delivers effective eye irrigation and first aid for larger or higher-risk workplaces. It includes 8 x 20ml eye wash pods and 2 x 500ml eye wash bottles, providing a total of 1.16 litres of sterile saline solution. The station is manufactured from recycled plastic, helping organisations support more sustainable safety practices.
Key Benefits:
- Recycled Plastic – This recycled eye wash station was produced using 100% recycled plastic.
- Highly Visible & Accessible – The wall-mounted design makes this eye wash station very visible, clearly displaying all supplies for quick access when needed.
- Contents Comply with British Standard – Equipped with 2 x 500ml bottles of sterile saline, 8 x 20ml sterile saline eye wash pods and 2 x sterile eye dressings.
- Made in Britain – The patented eye wash stations are made in the UK, requiring less transportation, leading to lower carbon emissions and better stock availability.
- Suitable for both major and minor injuries – with the inclusion of both larger eye wash bottles and smaller pods, there is irrigation available for a wide range of eye injuries. Once a bottle has been opened, the contents are no longer sterile. Therefore, any unused liquid must be disposed of, whereas the pods allow a small amount of eye wash to be used while maintaining the sterility of other pods.
- Meets workplace legal requirements – provides more than 1 litre of sterile saline solution to help workplaces meet HSE first aid guidance.
- Environmentally friendly – the station itself is produced in the UK using 100% recycled plastic.
- Built-in mirror – a small mirror on the station helps users carry out safe and easy self-administration in eye emergencies.
- Compact, space-efficient design – perfect for placing alongside other first aid kits, even where space is limited.
- Supports rapid response – with sterile saline solution and eye dressings included, both irrigation and dressing can be carried out immediately after an injury.
- Wall-mountable for quick access – the station can be easily fixed to a wall (screws not included), ensuring clear visibility and easy access for everyone nearby.
- Part of the Evolution Range – manufactured to the same high standards as all Evolution products.
- Designed and Made in Britain – helping to reduce transport-related carbon emissions associated with overseas production and long-distance shipping.
- Dimensions – 7.2 cm x 20.8 cm x 14.5 cm

Contents Compliant with New British Standard:
With updated British Standard guidance now requiring greater provision of workplace eye wash, workplaces need simple, all-in-one solutions they can trust. Our newly launched Evolution Eye Wash Stations combine compliance and accessibility in one highly visible system. Designed to support BS 8599-1:2019+A1:2026 requirements, they ensure workplaces have immediate access to sterile eye wash and eye dressings, helping minimise the impact of eye injuries and
supporting a safer workplace for everyone.
HSE Eye First Aid Guidance:
According to HSE regulations, laid out in The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, if there is no tap water available, then workplaces are required to have at least 1 litre of sterile water or sterile saline (0.9% w/v) solution available in sealed containers.
Environmentally Friendly Design:
The Evolution Recycled Eye Wash Station is manufactured using 100% recycled plastic, which has been washed and separated prior to compounding. Hot melt continuous filtration is carried out during our manufacturing process to produce a high-quality product.
This approach delivers a significantly lower environmental impact than virgin plastic without compromising on durability or performance. Designed with sustainability in mind, the unit is also fully recyclable at the end of its service life, supporting a circular economy and helping to reduce overall plastic waste.
Using recycled plastic results in approximately 70% lower cradle-to-gate carbon emissions compared with manufacturing the station from virgin plastic.
Supports UK Manufacturing:
All Evolution cases and stations are proudly designed and made in Britain, helping to reduce transport-related carbon emissions associated with overseas production and long-distance shipping. By sourcing and producing locally, we support British manufacturing, safeguard skilled jobs, and maintain consistently high standards of quality, reliability, and compliance. This approach reinforces our commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and responsible production.
