Double Flood Protection Air Brick Cover Plate - 210 x 140mm
The FloodKit Air Brick Plate is an effective tool for preventing flood water entering a standard grid type air brick measuring 210mm x 140mm commonly used in houses built over recent years with 4 rows of 9 holes or 5 rows of 8 holes. See below for size/ fixing hole positions.
Manufactured from stainless steel with a 15mm thick EPDM rubber seal. It is easy to fit without the need for any tools and is fully reusable.
- The Air Brick plate has passed the BSI standard: PAS 1188:1-2014.
- An unprotected air brick can let in 5,000 litres of floodwater in just one hour!
- Includes 4 plugs for your air bricks and 4 threaded T - Handles to secure your cover to the air brick.
- Plate size: 210 x 140mm
- 9x4 vent holes version = 170mm x 80mm hole centres
- 8x5 vent holes version = 173mm x 97mm hole centres
