Skipper Dummy Unit. Fits on top of most Road Cones 

• Usage: To be used as the end termination when using the Skippers in a line. Note this unit does not have any tape inside. This is a receiver unit only. With the body of a Skipper unit but without tape. You can use Skipper dummy units at the end of a cordon.
