Dispenser for 023113 800ml Spirigel Alcohol hand sanitizer or Seraman sensitive soap pouches. Complete with wall mount screws and plugs.  Has facilty to make dispenser tamper resistant by making it so that front can only be opened using key provided. Can be fitted onto application guide backboard 023106.
