Our estimated delivery times for in stock items from receipt of order.

 

  • UK Mainland, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland: On orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm : 1 working day. * 2 Days to some Highland regions. (Subject to stock availability)
  • Channel Islands, Scottish Isles and Isle of Man: 2-5 Working days
  • Other areas: by arrangement

If an item is out of stock we will contact you to notify you of any delay. Except in the case of PayPal orders, we will not charge you until the goods leave our warehouse. In the case of agreeing part shipments we will only charge you carriage once.

Please note that any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All orders over £50.00 net in value to the UK mainland are carriage free. Otherwise:-

  • Mainland UK (Free for orders over £50 net value): £7.00 + VAT
  • N. Ireland, I. of Man, I. of Wight (All Orders): £19.95 + VAT
  • Scottish Isles (All Orders): £19.95 + VAT
  • Channel Isles * (All Orders) £19.95

* We will deduct Vat from your order/payment where applicable. 

Returns

What's your return policy?

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We have a no quibble return policy. You want to return something, for any reason at all, and we won't quibble. You have up to a month to make your mind up about any order. As long as we receive the returned item complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging within a month of the receipt of your order, we'll exchange or refund it, no questions asked. Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty, damaged or defective. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

What happens if I don't like the items or they do not fit?

No problem. Just send the item back to us and provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we'll either exchange it or give you a full refund. Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.

Charges for returns.

If an item is faulty, damaged, defective or delivered to you in error don't worry we will pay for the return.

As for free returns we thought about this, but most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas ? for example putting up the price of their products. We don't want to do that, so decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the offset that it's our policy to charge for returns.

How long does it take to process my returns?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible and usually these are processed within 5 working days from receipt. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Distance selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order in writing seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods and receive a refund of all charges. You will then need to return the item or by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the Post office.
